These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cloak Wraps website, services, and our SMS text messaging program. By using our services or opting in to SMS, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Cloak Wraps website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
When you opt in to the Cloak Wraps SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Program Description: A customer care and conversational messaging program for customers who have submitted an inquiry or quote request. Messages relate to service inquiry follow-ups, appointment confirmations, project/job status updates, and pricing information.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and is recurring based on your inquiry and project status. You will typically receive no more than a few messages per inquiry.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Consent & How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Cloak Wraps by submitting the contact or quote request form at cloakwraps.com and checking the optional SMS consent box. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is not pre-selected. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. By checking the box, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages related to your inquiry from Cloak Wraps.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe.

Cloak Wraps SMS is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Mobile Information & Third-Party Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are used solely to operate our SMS messaging program and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
4. Quotes, Estimates & Services
Any pricing, quotes, or estimates provided by Cloak Wraps are preliminary and subject to change following an in-person assessment of your vehicle. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement prior to the start of any work. Scheduling of services is subject to availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloak Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or SMS messaging program. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of our services or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
